A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for the entire area for tonight - Thursday evening. Snow will develop Wednesday night and taper off on Thursday. Snowfall totals will be 1"-4" for most of the area. The wind will pick up on Thursday so there could be some blowing snow with a high of 22. Thursday night will be cold with a low of 5. Friday will be sunny but cold with a high of 22. Saturday will warm up in advance of an arctic front with a high of 35 so some melting of the new snow. That next front will move in on Sunday and a low pressure will move up along the front and bring more snow. Accumulations are likely but still too early to say how much. It will turn much colder behind that front with sub zero lows and highs only in the single digits! Could be the coldest weather in about 20 years!!
