Kids at Camp Rave in Terre Haute planted a garden this summer.
Tonight they showed their parents all their hard work.
The program is a partnership between Purdue Extension, the Terre Haute City Parks Department, Chances and Services for Youth and the United Way. Officials say the program gets kids thinking about healthy living.
Extension Educator Sarah Miller says, "Continue to educate them about agriculture, nutrition, physical fitness and its a great partnership between the four organizations that put this program together. It's just a great way to continue educating our youth here in Terre Haute."
Chances will continue an after school program where they'll harvest and cook the produce from the garden.
