Vermillion County Man Shot in Face by Neighbor

A man is shot in the face and is now  being treated at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
The shooting happened Saturday evening just after 5:00 p-m at the Roskovensky Gravel Pit in Vermillion County, Indiana.

Police say the shooting stemmed from a disagreement between two men, who live just steps from one another.
The victim has been identified as 31-year-old William Dowell.
The accused shooter is Harold Zucca.
He was questioned by police this evening.
Authorities also interviewed other witnesses to the incident.
At this point officials are investigating this as a self-defense shooting.
Dowell was initially taken to Union Hospital and then later life-lined to Methodist where he remains this evening.
