Employees at Eli Lilly's Elanco plant in Terre Haute will soon be moving to a different plant. The move comes after an announcement to close the Terre Haute plant.

All 23 employees were notified this morning of the decision. The employees will be transferring to the Clinton facility where they will have similar jobs and the same pay.

Ed Sagebiel of Eli Lilly says the consolidation is not because of lack of performance from the facility or employees.

The plant will close in 2016 and the move will take place through 2015.
