The bus made a stop in the parking lot of Staples.
Last week, it visited several other locations.
The community dropped off many items from notebooks to backpacks, to pens and pencils.
Principals and teachers will then be able to request supplies for children as needed.
Officials say it's been a success and that donations filled the bus at every stop.
"I just had a woman drop off a whole trunk full of school supplies. She said she went out with her granddaughter today and they spent a day picking up school supplies, and it felt really good to them to be able to give back. It's just awesome to be able to see that kind of support from the community," says Jeff Clutter with the Vigo County School Corporation.
If you still want to help, donate supplies at the school closest to you or contact the United Way of the Wabash Valley at (812) 235-6287.
