In Indiana, a change in e-cigarette regulations and stronger health warnings may be on the way.

Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller has joined more than two dozen other states wanting federal regulations.

The restrictions could include an advertising ban on more than 7,000 flavors available. They say limits on advertising and prohibiting flavors, besides tobacco and menthol will help protect minors.

Last April, the FDA proposed treating e-cigarettes as tobacco products, putting them under its regulatory control.
