It doesn't happen often but when it does its so much fun.

A Wabash Valley showdown to determine who will get a shot at the class a state championship.

And they made it an exciting one, that's for sure.

Pick things up here early things all tied up at zero.

Dylan Collins hits a blooper right back to the pitcher Chase Allen. He makes the easy out for Vincennes Rivet.

Fast forward a little bit and check out this catch by Shakamak's Kyle Fulford. He makes it looks super easy but trust me when i say its not. A nice over the shoulder grab for the out.

Neither team could get going offensively so were in extra inning in the top of the 8th and its Tanner Yeryar at the plate for the Lakers and finally something goes through and that brings home Fulford to take the 1 nothing lead for Shakamak.

And the Shakamak Lakers punch their ticket for the all Wabash Valley showdown in the class a state finals next weekend.
