Congressman Larry Buschon hosted the fair where more than 40 employers searched for new hires. Together, they offered more than 900 jobs. Between 400 and 600 people were expected to attend and Rep. Bucshon hopes that each and every one of those people finds a job.
The Republican said, "The first thing you have to have to be successful is a good employment and stable, consistent employment. Without that, it makes it difficult for people to live their lives and to support their families and to have you know a strong quality of life."
This event is Bucshon's 12th job fair since coming to congress in 2011.
