This year's legislative session ended over the weekend in Indianapolis without the Ag Gag bill passing.

Indiana lawmakers had considered outlawing pictures and videos of animal abuse or unsafe working conditions at farms and factories.

The Indiana Senate passed a bill earlier this year that basically would've banned photographing and videotaping on farms and manufacturing sites.

The Indiana House changed the bill and sent it back to the Senate, which didn't vote on it again before this year's session ended.

About a dozen states either have Ag Gag laws or are considering them.
