Illinois Investing Millions In Road Work

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn announces the state will invest more than $15 million for construction projects.

A couple of cities in the Wabash Valley will get some of that money.

Casey, Illinois will get $462,663. The city will get new sidewalks, curb, ramps and landscaping along parts of the Main Street and Central Avenue.

Paris will get $351,439 for construction. Crews will working on surfacing, shoulders and markings from Eads Street to just east of the CSX railroad.
