The rain didn't put a damper on a local outdoor fundraiser for autism research Saturday.
More than 100 bikes took part in the first annual Ride For Autism.
The trek started in Terre Haute, Came through Farmersburg, Then stopped in Greencastle, and Brazil, before ending back in Terre Haute.
That's where an auction and concert took place.
All of this to raise money and awareness about autism.
A cause near to the organizer's heart.
"I have a child who is severely autistic he is 12-years-old now, he was diagnosed at 13 months and it is just very near and dear to my heart," Tausah Beck, the founer of the event said.
More than $2,000 was raised Saturday.
