Contamination at the site of the former Terre Haute Coke and Carbon site is now gone.

Twenty acres were restored.

Prior to the clean-up the site was filled with lead, arsenic, coal-tar, and other contaminants.

Now 19-acres on the site are clear and ready for business and industry to move back into the area near 13th and Hulman Streets.

The land is selling for around $10,000 an acre.
