A Terre Haute man has died at an Indianapolis hospital after a car crash early Sunday evening.

The accident happened on Rosedale Road near Rosehill Avenue in northern Vigo county.
Indiana State Police say 47 year old Mark Felling veered off the road, striking two utility poles.
His SUV ended up on its side. Felling was not wearing a safety belt. He was ejected from the vehicle and became trapped underneath it.
Felling was air-lifted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he passed away overnight.

No other cars were involved in the crash.
Investigators don't know why the car veered off the road.
There were no signs of drugs or alcohol.
