Kids Learning Tech

Terre Haute, IN - When should kids start thinking about a career?

The folks at "Chances and Services For Youth" and Ivy Tech say it's never too early. Today, they welcomed kindergarten through 5th grades students to the Ivy Tech campus.

This was an opportunity to expose the kiddos to different technology fields within different industries like automotive, engineering, and agriculture.

"We hope to spark an interest maybe in an industrial technology field, those are very in demand jobs right now," says Director of Outreach Joe Williams.

All the kids at Friday's event attended CASY's "Camp Rave."

This was the second year for the partnership between CASY and Ivy Tech.
