Robinson, IL - Several local organizations came together today with a message of wellness.
Lincoln Trail College in Robinson held its annual Health Awareness Day on campus.
The public event gives folks a chance to learn about different health services offered in the community.
Those who attended took advantage of free health checks and medical advice from 30 different healthcare vendors.
Folks could also donate blood.
"We just want to be able to communicate to the community what is available to them with in this community. We are a rural community so sometimes we feel that resources aren't as available to us but this fair helps individuals in the community know what's out there," says Lincoln Trail College Event Coordinator Hannah Tuemler.
The Wellness event saw about 150 people of all ages.
