Students at Indiana State University spent part of their Friday pulling a red wagon around campus.
The students are part of ISU's Dance Marathon group.
The organization raises money for IU Health Riley Children's Hospital.
On Friday, they spent 9 hours and 47 minutes circling the fountain at Dede Plaza.
That number represents the 9,477 riley visits each year from kids in Vigo and surrounding counties.
The wagon circling didn't stop for participants to switch shifts, they just traded off and kept going.
"It's just to raise awareness for Riley Hospital,"said Breanna Blythe - VP Communications Dance Marathon. " People are asking what we're doing, and we're explaining it to them, and kind of our cause, and what Riley does for kids," she added.
Last year, the Indiana State dance marathon group, raised $51,000.
This year... the students hope to raise $80,000.
