Clark County, IL - A county wide effort by law enforcement in Clark County, Illinois, leads to seven arrests on various drug-related charges.
The Clark County Sheriff's office says the seven people were arrested in a single operation that involved the sheriff's office, Casey Police Department, Martinsville Police Department, Marshall Police Department and Village of Westfield Police Department.
According to the Clark County Sheriff's Office Facebook page, the operation involved intelligence gathering, traffic stops, surveillance, interviews, a search warrant, evidence collection, MPD K9 and several other law enforcement functions.
Those arrested are as follows:
Ricardo Baldomero, 26, of Martinsville, for Possession of Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine
James Dowers, 26, of Marshall, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver
Grant Garner, 36, of Martinsville, for Possession of Methamphetamine
Richard Smith, 27, of West York, for Possession of Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine
Camille Todd, 18, of Casey, for Possession of Methamphetamine and Delivery of Methamphetamine
Rodney Wieland, 22, of Marshall, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Deliver
Kaitlyn Zachary, 20, of Marshall, for Possession of Methamphetamine and Delivery of Methamphetamine
The Clark County Sheriff's Office posted on its Facebook page, "We are proud of our group efforts together when our leaders and officers all work hand in hand for the benefit of our entire County. We know as a result our County is a safer place."
