Either prepare or buy pizza dough and allow to rise. Break off small bits, about the size of a tangerine. Roll into balls, then flatten in a rough circular shape. Fry in a skilled that contains peanut or canola oil, heated to 350 degrees. The process is quick, about a minute per side until golden brown.
While warm top with pizza sauce and your choice of toppings, traditionally with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
