Julie speaks with 5 Ingredient Fix, host Claire Robinson. Here are the recipes featured:

Snappy Peas
1 lb. sugar snap peas
1 tbsp grated, peeled ginger
2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp garlic olive oil
2 tbsp seasame seeds
Prepare bowl with icy water
Cook peas in boiling salted
water for 3 minutes. Transfer to icy
water to stop cooking then drain.
Whisk ginger, vinegar, oil.
Add peas and seeds and mix
Season w/ salt and pepper.

Sage Vice
1 part pinnacle vodka (unflavored)
1 part pineapple juice
1 quarter part lemon juice
1 quarter part dry vermouth
Mix over ice, shake and strain
over fresh ice

Mojo Pork Tenderloin
5 tbsp orange juice
4 chopped garlic cloves
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil/divide
1 tbsp chopped oregano
1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin
Preheat oven to 425
Wisk OJ, garlic, half oil, oregano
Pat Pork Dry. Rub half oil place on
baking sheet. Season with salt/pepper
Cook Pork until brown (30 mins)
Slice Pork and serve
with sauce
