Continuing the "From Our Family To Yours" special, Ed and his daughter show Julie and Katie one of their holiday favorites.

Peppermint Kisses
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 6oz pk mini semi-sweet choc. chips
Beat egg whites, salt and cream
of tartar until soft peaks form.
Add extract. Add Sugar beat
until stiff peaks form.
Fold in nearly all chips, save
a few to use as toppers.
Drop mix onto cookie sheet
Bake at 300 degrees for
25 minutes
